(i hope I don't double some other thread here, if one exists point me to it, please).
So we have a thread of what we eat for lunch, and dinner... But to me it seems that breakfast is a meal in which one most can see cultural differences, so it is quite interesting...
So what did you have for breakfast today?

When I am at work, during the week, I usually just have a roll with tomato paste On the weekends, I usually have big breakfasts, with bread, cheese, hard boiled eggs and all that stuff.

We always have the same, which is a bit dull: fruit juice, toast with jam/honey/grapefruit marmalade, and coffee. Orange peel gives me eczma so I make grapefruit marmalade.

"egg beaters" - yep - it's eggwhites, but colored yellow so when you make scrambled eggs or an omelet it at least looks real.. unlike white egg whites - they j ust look gross!

I'm looking after my cholesterol which is doing fine nowdays so am having porrige for breakfast most days with coffee as oats are good for lowering cholesterol. ..oh and skim milk (yeah I know bit yuck) but I am a tiny size 8 now so it was worth eating/drinking things to loose the last few kilos.

I think Asia and all that part of the world is my least favourite place in the world when it comes to breakfast. China was a real challenge for me in the mornings and I never thought I'd be happy to see a starbucks, but in Bejing I was.
Today I had my quadrupple espresso with a slice of bread, butter and jam.

Sunday is our only exception to the toast rule. We have pains au chocolat (think a croissant with chocolate inside it).
