parotta and chicken curry.
well i must admit some things are strange for me, like tapioca and pork for breakfast, but i get along well. most challenging for breakfast might actually have been the US. somehow i found that a lot heavier than things here, but more oily and all. some of the things made me feel unwell for the rest of the day.

but it wasn't much different when staying at my ex's mother's place in albany. she made these bagels with eggs for breakfast that seemed to consist mainly of fat.
anyway today i went to a breakfast buffet and had mashed potatos, croissant, baked beans, porridge, scrambled egg with coconut, some spinach-type thing, lots of pineapple, grapes, and watermelon, and some cake. i was very full afterwards.

Now I'm sure that India wouldn't be the place for me when it comes to breakfast. Do you eat these things at 7 in the morning?
Mine today is the obligatory espresso and a piece of apple cake.

your breakfast sounds nice! i might leave the wine for dinner, but else it sounds really good...
i had some other type of appam today - a brown, sweet one, made of rice flour, banana, coconut, kardamom and other spices, cooked in a leaf (not sure what type of leaf it was).
