I am afraid you'll miss her. Wroclaw is in the deep south. When it was part of Germany it was known as Breslau.

I have upcoming business travel to the state capitol of Mississippi. When I looked up local event listings, I found this one sharing my hotel:

Prepare men and women to move in the prophetic, as GOD grooms them for the call. 3. Provide an atmosphere of in-depth study on the office of a Prophet presented in the Holy Bible, as well as contemporary prophets. 4. Provide an understanding of the role of music, the song and dance, as they relate to prophecy. 6. Provide a platform for students to be taught by seasoned prophets, who serve as guest lecturers. tilted... how about a 'life of brian' t-shirt?
sophie, we were also thinking of a panama cruise but if we go we will probably fly to panama and take some day tours up and down - more time and viewing on the canal and much more cost effective...

Tilted, I hope they go about their business quietly. We were in a hotel in Siem Reap when some American God-botherers on a world tour held a noisy prayer meeting on the terrace so everyone could hear their hallelujahs.

Off tonight in the big, big bird in the sky to a place far, far away. Over the sea and far away Land of cherry blossom A swish of silk A fan snapped shut Soft laughter Old temples and gods

We just got back today from our third weekend away in our new caravan in the past 6 weeks. It was hard to leave the gorgeous water and island views. Hoping to do a big trip away in it soon, after I have the screws taken out of my foot in a couple of weeks.

I've been avoiding this thread as I haven't been able to travel since last fall and it made me very envious. But now we're talking about a trip out to Vancouver Island & Montana at the end of July.
I'm also thinking about maybe trying to get to Switzerland in September. We'll see.

Heh. I really wouldn't have enough time to get into Germany as my whole trip would likely be a week. It would be great to see Berlin again some day, though. I haven't been there since 1991.

that is a long time ... well i hope you do get here one day - it changed a lot since then ... and most importantly, i live here now (in 1991 i still lived in a nearby village).

I last went to Berlin in 1975. Checkpoint Charley, street currency dealers, men in leather jackets who turned aside when you looked at them - interesting times.

Next week we are going to Romsey for three nights. Mrs Faz's sister is lending us her house while she is away. It is right in the centre of town with a view of the abbey and the most amazing small garden.
