Tbilisi was great and that despite the fact that I had a very nasty cold and only explored half of what I had planned. At least a good reason to go back :-)
Mark, which photo hosting site do you use? If I can manage, I'll also try to upload some pictures.

1. 10/24 - a cruise from southampton to brugge and back, then a couple of weeks in egypt with a cruise on lake nasser to abu simbel, then a nile cruise from aswan to luxor... then down to cairo with an overnight to alexandria... then on to northern california... 2. 3/25 fly to bkk for a couple of nights, then on mnl for a week, then over to sng and finally a cruise from sng via india and sri lanka to doha, flying home via dubai... 3. 7/25 fly to seattle for a cruise to alaska and back, then down to northern california for a few weeks and then home... 4. 10/25 fly to tahiti for a week, then a cruise via hawaii to los angeles, then up to northern california, then home. 5. 4/26 fly to bcn for a few days, then a cruise via corsica and sardinia to rome and fly to nyc to see the east coasters, then on to northern california before flying home... that's all we have scheduled at the moment... That sounds like a nice year of travelling :-) With the current situation aren't your scared you won't be able to go back home if it escalates? Or did you move back to the U.S.? Wondering, cause my husband's friend & family seem to frequently spend their nights in bunkers. Your husband's friend must live in the north, Netanya has only had two sirens so far... and we fly El Al in and out for the reason that other airlines stop flying... btw, since i wrote that we also made a reservation in november 2026 for a cruise from rome to tampa from where we'll fly to san francisco for a couple of weeks.

This weekend is Mr. Nin's birthday and he longs for the sun. So we will head South of the Alps to Como in Italy. Everything is arranged and book when I check the train schedule today only to learn that on Friday there's a public transport strike in Italy. Fingers crossed it will not affect international trains.
Also fingers crossed, that the sun will shine in Como.
