Our daily exercise consists in walking. However when we sit on our balcony (in La Herradura) we have a fine view down to the beach where there are various machines of torture. Watching men (no women) doing pull-ups on the horizontal bars is quite exhausting.

walked quite a bit today, though not really because of wanting to exercise, but because cycling wasn't possible (see moan thread) and we had to get places.

Well I walked from the car past the pub over the road and into a Malaysian restaurant. After lunch the process was repeated in reverse.

COuldn't (or didn't) fit anything in on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday... but Thursday I ran 6.5 km, then went to rowing class (think I went 7 km?). Friday was not exercise-filled again, but today I got up early and went rowing again, then also shovelled a whole bunch of snow.

I went for a run this evening - was finally able to run outside! It was too muddy and wet the first 3 evenings I was here at work; then it was too cold last night when the temperature plummeted to -23 again! Tonight it was -12C and the ground was firm. Unfortunately, there is a lot of ice around and only a few short sections of road were safe, so I had to go back and forth and back and forth and back and forth and back and forth and ... you get the picture. But it was still better than the treadmill!
