Heh - my treadmilling didn't go very well today. I was going to just go fast for a short time - only 3 kms - but I messed up because I forgot that the new treadmill I was using was metric.
I know that 1.88 miles is 3 kms, so that's how far I go on my 3 kms days; so I stopped at 1.88 tonight, then realized it was in kms and I had to do another 1.12. Drat! I thought it was amazing how fast the run went by tonight, until I figured it out.

well, maplejerk. you were right to be concerned. he woke me up at 1 with a fever and then it was not really that fun of a night. poor guy! he's going to miss the big park trip with his class tomorrow, and i really hope he's better saturday b/c we were going to a party.
and he just fell asleep, and i SWEAR i ddn't mention my childhood. actually we were making each other mazes.

I applied for another job today. I didn't tell you about my ridiculous day of unemployment yesterday - after 2.5 weeks of eff all (well, one job that I had been put forward for), I was INUNDATED yesterday and now have an interview (different job), a agency registration, an agency putting my resume forward for something else, an agency putting out feelers about my interest in other upcoming work, and I got two temp job offers but I could only take one.
Then my team won pub quiz so I won beer.
