annie reminds me ofthe very fisrt Indian Cookbook I ever saw.
We cooked up an authentic all Indian feast for a banquet using a cookbook by Mrs Majumder. Many of the dishes we had neither seen nor heard of, particularly the desserts. Not sure when, perhaps ~1972. Many thanks for the memories.

I'm feeling much better now. This stomach thing was great for weight loss, but I wouldn't recommend it.
I hope you're feeling better, tiny, and that the doctors can find out what's wrong and help you fix it!

It's my birthday and I'm at work - bleah - but at least it's sunny and bright out, and some of the snow is melting. We're having a winter carnival type thingie tonight with snowshoeing and skiing and nail pounding and human sleds (?) that I think I'll go to. Wheeee.
