Hiya. dragoncita, you don't happen to live in Merida, do you?
Because I was there last week but it didn't occur to me at the time that you might be too.

I liked it too, though was sorry we weren't there on the weekend when they stop traffic from driving around the centre, because there was really a lot of traffic and it distracted a lot from the nice stuff.

i enjoyed merida immensely... had the best corn tortillas there from a little store front factory... the only time i have found corn tortillas actually tasty... but also the first time i'd had them truly fresh... and wandering the town center was fun... the use of ceramic plaques in at the intersections so illiterate people could arrange to meet up was unique! I really liked the plaques - didn't know what they were for specifically.

Good morning, I guess....still raining here. I can see buds on the cherry and plum trees though, so that is hopeful.

I was sick a lot when I was in grade school. But normally not in April. One to two times a year I would be home for a couple of days or more. I watched tv shows like Jeopardy and Concentration, read books, slept, and drank orange juice.

Hee hee. I did miss the shows when I only got sick once or zero times in middle and high school. Watching the game shows did compensate for the raging earaches and stuff. I was always full of snot and had a sore throat too. And when we lived in Rhode Island the house was cold, I think (cheaply built). The tv there (?) and in the DC area house were both in the basement so it was coooold watching these wonderful educational game shows.

ha! I turned around and the sun had gone (it came back) - spoke to my mum instead.
beware of what you wish for, itsa... if we were to add 10 hours to our days, we'd find ways of filling them and then be in the same predicament...
