In dear need of positive thinking so....
My positive thing today was...
that the clouds are less prevalent tonight in our sky than they were over the last few days. (sorry dragonette, didn't mean to talk about the weather again but struggling.)

I misread this thread title as "one positive thing about your hair today" and I really couldn't think of one!!
But I'll go with a blue sky, and that my kitty was really good at the vet just now. She commented on what a good kitty he is!

I misread this thread title as "one positive thing about your hair today" and I really couldn't think of one!! Ditto. The first email opened this morning was pleasant and gave me courage to tackle the rest.

All business-wise....I know, that is boring.
You should have seen me partying and dancing in the weekend, had a scandalistic style....hahaha.
Although my life is becoming centered by business life more each day after, on the positive side there were signs today that things are improving.

The roofers are here & are tearing off shingles and plotting the placement of gutters. Finally. They were supposed to start 3 weeks ago, but right after I signed the contract, a whole series of rainstorms rolled in.

I dug a good part of the vegetable patch and hammered in some tomato stakes. I love putting the tomato stakes as it is a promise of summer.

I met a wonderful local artist at a gallery here who has offered to give me free pointers on getting started with water colours. I used to dabble with them years ago and decided to try again now that I have more time.

Our neighbour has painted his house wall that looms over our terrace. We wish their house wasn't there but at least it looks a sparkling primrose yellow.

I have just received this minute, a beautiful email: "Thank you so much for our conversation and for offering assistance, I know I’m not alone anymore."
From a primary school teacher of a local school. This is why I do the job I do, not for the high drama with the colleagues!
