There is a loudmouth called Nigel Farrage whom you ought to have heard of. He is violently anti-EU and was probably the cause of the UK exiting it. 8 times he has stood for parliament and 8 times he has been defeated. Now he is standing again as leader of the Reform party which he started. He has made his first policy announcement: STOP ALL IMMIGRATION. He is of course mad. The National Health Service is in a bad way but would collapse completely without immigrant doctors, nurses, dentists. Farrage has said he ought to be ambassador to the USA. Apparently he and Trump are chums.
Hey, that's not such a bad idea - send him a long way off.

I fell asleep on the couch, woke ~ you know that feeling when you’re in a fugue state which in reality only lasts briefly but seems like forever before the brain kicks in? Well yes, I was in that state of mind and thought it was Thursday. With that thought came the knowledge I had missed my medical appointment I couldn’t remember the time and still cannot even though my marbles have all returned.
It was to be quite some minutes before I could safely say, “Today is (still) Wednesday”!
