what do you use it for, apart from making Breton "crêpes" (galettes is the correct term)

I would think you can use it to make anything that requires flour but I'm no baker so probably don't follow my advice!!

Actually, I used it instead of semolina in the savoury cake I like to make, and it was lovely.
