I am collecting the last things from the gardens. yesterday, I got the last two butternut squashes. last weekend, I got the tomatoes. I'll doa round soon and I do need to prune trees before the end of the week.

What's above ground? nothing - just cleared out the last bits of the garden. ( well, except for the bushy things ).

Today, I absolutely need to get the dahlias out. Mum hasn’t wanted me to prepare the outside for winter.

she wants me to wait for the neighbours... and she says if it is too late by the time they come back... we'll do it in the spring like we did this year.
