Hello. Several people from the old RMT have requested a Nerd Table to re-group at. Everyone is more than welcome to join in. We sort of like a local coffee shop where people can stop by, say hello and talk about whatever is going on in their lives. For example...good morning, coffee's on!

I took a book voucher for 7 euro into the book store and spent fifty euro. Something is wrong with my maths

I just had a lovely mocha. Just toss some cocoa into your coffee or some hunks of dark chocolate and froth it up. Yum! I had a Nerd Table at my house yesterday on my birthday. A old friend who I haven't seen for 11 years dropped over and talked for about 1/2 an hour with my daughters and myself about Dr Who...and Firefly...and Battlestar Gallactica...and assorted other sci fi and literature. Really neat!

Hi all. We just went to a tapas restaurant and had a delicious three-mushroom soup with a poached egg. It was so appealing that each had our own bowl. We also had roasted brussel sprout and some sort of thick French-toast-like thing which had another egg. For dessert we had an assortment of turrones (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Turr%C3%B3n). On the way over we stopped at a Sunday-only coffee pop-up which had really good coffee ... even I could tell it was really good coffee.

do you promote fair-trade, environmentally-friendly products? of course I do... and so do all the BEST coffee shops. I live on the West Coast, home of the last hippies/organic/greenies.

I have to laugh at all this talk of coffee shops, especially now I'm a "pot smoker" on here, because it's where you go to buy joints and hash cookies around here....

Ok, this is very, very good...A rosemary shortbread cookie spread with raspberry/balsamic jam and topped with blue cheese. Snacks found while fridge foraging are the best! I'm putting this on the menu!

Hallo fellow nerds! Jeebus mapes that sounds amazing. (and Q = stoner)
You can refer to #22 as to how the beginning of my day went. Now I am Creating Art, I have this really stupid idea for a tumblr which I'm experimenting with at the moment and will spring on you all unsuspecting and then you can politely ahem at me and hope I haven't noticed that nothing has more than 2 views because it sucks or whatever.

Ahem, don't be shocked if it has millions of views!

Heh! My math is better than some of yours - I got a $30 amazon voucher, and I only spent $35!
The thing I miss most from living in Paris is a good croissant. I'm salivating at the thought.

Talking brussel sprouts! Brilliant, but it may take more QuickTime mojo than I'm capable of at this point. I'll use it as the narrator.
Seriously, I was despairing of having something constructive to do, and now I'm all wrapped up in this silly project.
