As to balance the other "Things I dislike" thread, I thought we could as well start a things I love one.
Here I go :
1. Having found this place and feeling welcomed. ( Thank you guys I am planning to stay if still possible) 2.Sundays! quiet Sundays with long breakfast with papers and coffee and croissants. 3.silent catatonic neighbours:D 4.shopping for presents but not on festive seasons but when I want to.

lol ED ( got to get used to your new size.. sheesh, people change in two seconds:P) I have a chocs/sweets withdrawall, trying to cut calories for a while to get back to my usual weight. (It is working!!) Monsters would be fun to have time to see.. not cutting them just can't "concentrate" on them nowadays. Monster profiterols would be a great combo, wouldn't it?
hey canadian! Snowless here.. AGAIN!

I like being home after 4 days away. Had a great time, but it's cosy here.
I love finding a forgotten box of dark chocolates while I am making my "returning home after 4 days cup of tea".

You do not need sweets, having "THE" sweetness with you Have no idea why last year gained weight for the first time in my life! I used to be SKINNY! now with lots of diet/effort and care I am losing weight and returning to normal. Still a long way to get there. Need to find a good gym around, the one I went to sucks.

I love the presents our friends brought from Swissieland: three different sparkling wines, chocolates with absinthe in it, and dried meat not just from Grisons but also from Valais.

The most I struggled with my weight was in my 20s - it seemed like every time I lived somewhere that I drank a lot of alcohol, all the time, I got fat!
But what really seemed to 'reset' it for me was becoming more active. When I was 30 I started lifting weights and it really changed my shape AND my metabolism. It's just never been a real problem in 17 years and I don't watch my diet at all.

I think the only most sedentarian thing besides me would be the pyramids! I hate all sort of sports.. I walk lots everyday running errands, but doesn't seem to be enough. I still can not recognize myself this fat. NEVER had I had any problem with weight before..
And canadian.. STOP BRAGGING:P
