police station. And I got that ignorant bitch neighbour. Also got to ride in the back of a police truck hanging onto the sides and ask about the guns. Tried on a flak jacket. And, AND absolutely ...... did I say this I got to slay that bitch. My spanich was totally on the money tonight. No misunderstandings. She has to put up a fence and had to pay a big ass fine. And I told her this wasn't over. That she had made an enemy. The next time her dogs are killing one of her freaking pigs I was going to stay at home, and allow it to happen. Course the bitch did alot of lying and the magistrate didn't believe her so who says the mexican justice system is broken. VIVA MEXICO

WOW ! So the fence is to keep her dogs and her pigs away from each other ? Did I get that right ?

Nope the fence she has to build is to keep her freaking dogs off the street. I don't give a rat's ass how or when her dogs kill the rest of her livestock. Heres the story: I've posted about this sub human bitch before. Last year her dogs attacked Mr C and we went to court over it. She has 15 or so undernourished, vicious dogs. They don't allow anyone to pass (on the street) the house and it so happens brother D and B live up the street. SOOO we have to pass by. Remember when I posted about her dogs killing the puppy in front of my gate? They killed another dog just recently and caused brother D a pretty large vet bill last week. Remember the post where brother D and I rescued her pig from being killed? Welllllllll today I had enough. Brother D was walking home from my house, her dogs attacked him and when he tried to defend himself the daughter came out and SLAPPED him three times across the face. When the cop truck passed by I flagged it down and told them I wanted to press charges. Thats when the daughter, myself and brother D got loaded unto the cop truck and all the fun began. I paid 500 pesos to sit in front of the magistrate and tell my woeful tale. The neighbour paid a big ass fine that there is no way in hell she could afford and the rest of the judgement is that she HAS to put up a fence immediately. Also the judgement says that I can shoot or kill her dogs if they are at large. Mexican justice pulls no punches. I could never harm a dog. Damn though I feel good about the whole evening. I've had an active hate on for this woman for three years.

I'm not certain who you should be more afraid of, the neighbor, her attack dogs, or the police.

Yeah, good for you Charlie. You are very brave (and good at speaking Spanish). But the action had to be taken against her. It's horrifying that her dogs could be out in the street attacking people and tearing animals to death. Mexican justice does work then....but as Ethel says - watch your back. How very unpleasant for you.

No further developments. Opinion seems to be divided, I've gotten more holas than scowls though. Bixa was telling me yesterday that this particular family is pretty much hated by most of the village.
