But surely it doesn't matter if it's not as full of traffic as other branches ? You can only work with the tools you've got .....
The worst thing on boards like this is to post just for the sake of it, or post inane shit just to make it look busier.

Well it seems to coming to be coming back to a steady simmer after some extra broth being added. Up to me to do my bit now but I have had a very busy week. Hope to get my food head back on over the weeked.

I am in a very boring phase of trying to get the fridge and freezer empty before next Thursday - so it just tends to be repeats of favorites - which are nice for me to eat, but boring to tell about. sorry

When we sold Chateau Faz and moved to Faz Cottage I was emptying the freezer for two months. Now the freezer is filling up again because autumn is the time of great meat offers down this way. But it is boring to say I bought a dozen pork chops at 2.50 euros a kilo.
