When I was at school, we went to see his "Carmen" at the cinema. then we had to write about "Carmen" and I thought it was simply a film by Carlos Saura... ahem... I've learned since. But it was marvellous.

Pan's labyrinth.. the Guillermo del Toro film? I burst into proper ugly tears at the end of it. I cried and cried even though we were in public and with friends.
