Family I'm fond of. Two people migrant household now down with omicron and badly affected. One just starting to eat, drink more than water. Other one chief cook and bottle washer unable to get out of bed. Sending what I can tomorrow with other staff member so recovering person can take it inside and have basics available. I'm a useless cook and have put slow cooker on with what's available. Chicken breats carrots frozen peas salt and pepper. Limited range of spices and not much to do great things and they only have a fridge. Will whizz it tomorrow before 7am pick up for delivery. I cant eat any of the onion
or garlic family so not available
What may help to make it Palatable if I have it available. Do I keep it liquid or more solid.
New to covid cooking so all simples suggestions welcome.

Do you have soy sauce? Chilli sauce? Maybe peanut butter to whizz in? I am thinking Asian to make it more interesting. Or maybe whizz in cream cheese? Worcester sauce?

Thanks. Have whizzed it. Split it into 3. One with a little chili, one peanut butter and put some Worcester and some ginger in bags for them to add. Tastes okay and in small quantities will get some fluids into them.

A bottle of Maori Moana Sauvignon Blanc 2020 would get some liquid in them too.

I've got a better idea. How about the cook and the cooks advisers share it. They are Muslims. Luckily I buy my chicken from where he works supervising the Hallal operations

Darn it, if I'd have known the advisors got wine I would have come up with something!
