This morning flights resume from Britain to the US. I guess there was some argument as to who should go first so BA and Virgin decided to do it together. There will be synchronised take-offs from parallel runways. Who will arrive at JFK first?

Everybody likes the US dollar, Tzarine. I have three or four of them in my travel wallet. Along with a few thousand kyat.

I even had a local in Viet Nam try to sell me Australian one dollar coins! He must have thought I was a soft touch!
