I bought beautiful corne di bue peppers, but couldn't find the right feta to stuff them with.
Do you have a recipe for me?

I see what you mean with the excess of ingredients. I'm a spoilt brat, really, since I could buy feta, just not the really good one.

Mrs Faz has developed an intolerance to lactose. Waitrose does a lactose-free feta. Fortunately it is quite good.

I understand that the majority of those "lactose free" products simply have the enzyme to digest lactose added to them.

I buy corne de boeuf capiscum regularly to chop up and put in various dishes, but for some reason I just cannot tolerate stuffed peppers. Tomatoes are the only stuffed vegetable that I like, and yes I know that tomatoes are not technically vegetables.

found some feta and we're having that for dinner! yippie! I do buy feta from time to time, but since the EU regulations prevented the two main producers o "feta" in Europe (Netherlands and France) from using that name, I generally buy the identical " fromage de brébis" which is 20-30% cheaper. But every now and then I try to support the Greek economy properly.

The Greek island I lived on for 6 months only had one cheese: feta. I got very bored of it. I am coming back to using it. Slices of aubergine cooked on the griddle to give those sexy stripes is good with feta crumbled on top. Sweet potatoes with feta is another good dish.
