Every autumn, my mom's friend gives her a couple massive pumpkins/squashes and mom freezes the beasts for soup and other winter dishes.
it seems my dad has decided that he is not fond of squash and therefore mom waited until last week, when she was clearing the freezer for the summer fruit, to hand me several packets of the frozen squash.
Do you have any ideas of how I could use it in hot weather?
Any recipes? I really don't fancy squash soup right now. The only thing I can come up with is to add it to lentils in a lentil curry.

I think I need to try and make smaller portions out of what I have as portions are for two to four portions of squash soup.
