A friend will visit for dinner next week and I know she likes fish, as do I, and hopefully we'll be able to eat on the balcony. I've only had one experience of putting fish on the barbecue (fish had been marinated in a tandoori paste and put on the grill in tinfoil) and it was a looooooong time ago. Several lives ago.
Any suggestions, words of caution, recipe?
