well we're down to only having to send the second half - the house sold in one day with a bidding war ! but now she really needs the vibes to find what they are looking for -- it is very clearly a sellers market .

We bid on a house on the weekend but didn’t get it.. totally okay with that. I didn’t love it but it could have worked. Tomorrow we are going to see a duplex. Older but a nice yard. I am km no hurry but daughter-in-law is wanting a home yesterday!

As for me, I feel I am wasting time and energy at the shop now. I feel I learned what I needed to learn and I am ready to have the means to do what I am here to do: be a herbalist. Be involved in helping the society in terms of medicinal, social and environmental issues.

Another house we didn’t get.. but I was expecting not to get it as we bid low. We would have had to spend hundreds of thousands to put in a second suite. We are off seeing another house this afternoon.
