If you have never heard of jumbleberries you are not alone. When we were staying with Mrs Faz's daughter she gave us jumbleberry jam. Jumbleberry? She explained it was jam made with a mixture of berries she happened to have. While I was out this morning (walk and shopping) Mrs Faz made jumbleberry jam. Wonderful as not only does the jam taste good but the berries were taking up too much space in our small freezers. I think she used red currants, black currants, raspberries and blackberries.

I had Jumbleberry jam on my wholemeal toast for breakfast. It was good and tasted like... well, fruit.

Baz, advise Mrs Faz to bottle it in a fancy jar, use pinking shears to cut a circle of gingham large enough to fit over lid, tie with coloured string or ribbon and advertise home made jam for sale. She'll makes fortune!
The Yarra Valley Gourmet Foods sells Jumbleberry Jam for $8.00 - "This delightful jam blends the flavours of strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and red currants to perfection".
None of this it's made from leftover berries is mentioned.
