I'm looking into boxes of stuff I had kept from before I moved to the UK.
I'm definitely keeping the kitchen stuff. might have to whittle it down a tad, but I can populate a whole kitchen with what i have. yey! Only thing missing so far are plates.
I'm leaving the folders of old paperwork for a little later.
Amongst the many books, are cookbooks, which I'm keeping, dictionaries, same classics, a must - even Anais Nin and Roald Dahl - amongst catch 22, Dubliners, etc etc etc
I'm hesitating what to do with a translated copy of James Hatfield's book on "Dubya" Bush. A gift from a friend. And what to do about a german book from the culture shock series on India? the third one I'm unsure about is something that was truly useful when i went to India at the time. Nearly 25 years ago now: Royston Ellis' India by Rail, which details almost all stations, their accomodation, and more as well as all kinds of information on the train themselves, the legendary lines, the train tracks, how long such and such journey might take... the guy clearly an anorak on the subjectmatter.
what would you do with these books?

IMHO - ditch W and the second one = and keep the 3rd. One more book isn't going to break the bookcase !
