And I made a double batch of blueberry chutney.. not too spicy, with cinnamon, ginger and cloves rather than heaps of pepper. I also used wine vinegar rather than white vinegar which is much softer on the palette. The house smells wonderful. Tomorrow will be blueberry jam.
