It looks like This Forum is well and truley FU8KED!
So where you all Posting On, in your sad little Posting Lives?
Or have you realised that Posting on a Forum so many times EVERYDAY makes you One Sad knut?
I am chuckling now as at how Baz, Dear Friend, is still cacking on about what the F**k he is serving up some Octogenarians who are visiting him each evening!
You really are a Star, Baz, but......Come on...All you have been doing for the past 5(?) years is showing off your Culinary Skills?
Take a break, mate....

I've not had internet access for a while and return for a day to see you have popped up out of boredom because your kindergarteners forum, the Stew, must be down. I've been wracking my brains, what little I've got, for a pithy yet incisive comment to describe your unchanging attitude. I had to give up when all that kept occurring to me was the following four words, I just couldn't get past them - you are a t.w.a.t.
I'll call back again in a couple of weeks when I get access again.

All you have been doing for the past 5(?) years
I don't reply to you often because I find your rudeness offensive but I just thought I would put you straight.
Posting what I cook is not all I do. And I am the only octogenarian I cook for. I work one day a week at a National Trust property where my title is Food and Drink Interpreter. Currently I am telling visitors about the arrival of tea in England. We record the Talking Newspaper for the Blind on a Friday. We are members of Sodbury in Bloom making certain that the flower displays are good and the streets are kept clear of litter. I have a share of an allotment. This afternoon I picked raspberries, tomatoes and courgettes. We have a lot of people to stay. Dutch friends left this morning after 3 nights here. Now we are looking forward later in te coming week to a Potter staying. Then my daughter and her two boys are coming. In addition to that there is serious interest in a book I have written so I am cutting it down from 380 to 340 pages. I do of course do the cooking here and share what I make with Potters. Tonight we had a starter of tarama, a main course of salt beef with courgettes cooked with tomatoes, and a dessert of raspberries, peaches and cream.
I hope your life is as rewarding.

That's the Baz I Love and so remember from those Hazy Days near(ish) Montpellier(?) when you had that Boulder above your Wonderful and idyllic House overlooking the valley with a swimming pool and Oysters to die for! Why did you ever move from there as it was The Late Englishman's Dream.
I had forgotten that you had moved 'Home' to Brexitshire and our little Spat over why you should get the Vote in France and Pensions is now redundant - even though I think I now know the reason why..
Wehay! Only Mark Posts! I haven't Posted either here or The Stew in nearly a Year you Idiot.
(When you posted 'Potter' I assumed it was someone of an artistic Bent and not some random Waif who posts on here that you call 'Potters'. Apologies for the confusion caused.)

He just wants you to say:
" Hey Grecian, Welcome back ! how's all and by the way fudge You, we are fine ! "
you know, testing if around is secure enough in terms of honesty and sincerity, pushing the limits of offense to get the most alive and true reactions to check if the people are fine...to get the most real, sincere, warm and frank replies.
That's how he shows he cares about you. Yes Mark is there still kicking, Baz is doing great and others...that he finds, good to know.
Just show your sincerety, and give him a virtual hug. You may say fudge you when doing so if you want.
But, A big, warm and sincere hug for Grecian...

I know that ancient websites have strong traditions, but wouldn't it be nice is this section of the Pot were finally retired once and for all? It is sort of a blemish, isn't it? (Good threads could be moved to other sections.)
As to whether Joe should be allowed to post on "normal" threads, that could be resolved very quickly.
A new year is upon us imminently.

(Good threads could be moved to other sections.) As to whether Joe should be allowed to post on "normal" threads, that could be resolved very quickly. A new year is upon us imminently. I know that Whatsisname was often rude, crude and vulgar, but I did post here sometimes. I think I felt a bit sorry for him, and I believe there is good in everybody, no matter how small or watered down. That ended. He became just too plain nasty and unkind, one too many times, so I didn't return. He can be a hurtful sod sometimes, and it's not as if he's funny anymore - he hasn't been funny for a very long time. So ..... Kerouac is on the right track, perhaps it IS time to put the section to bed. But I wouldn't like the idea if Whatsisname posting "Upstairs".

No, sometimes people require permanent bans even if it is unfortunate morally. We banned him at Anyport very quickly after his first unacceptable posts, as well as a few other toxic creatures from TTR. It was a shame since he wasn't at all in the same category as those other people, but I personally do not regret setting certain standards.
