I read today about a porridge tour of Scotland. No, it is not first of April. Visit Scotland has suggested itineraries which include porridge Benedict, cannelloni porridge and porridge with whisky jelly. As well as tastings they recommend an outing to the Devil's porridge museum in Dumfries.
