Today in the cafeteria at work, one of the options was a bacon and leek "crumble".
I hasten to say I had brought my own lunch from work, so didn't taste it.
Would you eat a savoury "crumble"?

I make a very good courgette crumble. Courgettes have a "delicate" taste so they need some cheering up. Some herbs and spices in the chopped courgettes, parmesan in the crumble mixture. People love it.
I'll post a proper recipe when (if) I get better.

We prepared a DaDa meal which featured sausage crumble and pea in the hole, along with some Technicolored vegetables. This was a long time ago, when we were young. It tasted fine but looked disturbing.
