Alfajores sound fabulous - possibly not found on a diet sheet though . Shall do and while I'm nibbling on lettuce leaf for the next few months will say... It is all Tzarine's fault.

Sing along with me please. Hi Ho, Hi Ho, It's off tonight I go. Hi Ho Hi Ho Hi Ho Hi Ho hi Hoooo. The weather forecasts are giving me heat rash just thinking about them. At the moment I think I'll be spending my time holed up in an airconditioned hotel sipping on alcoholic drinks and sleeping the month away. I'm overnighting in Auckland - which wasn't my intention but a family member got a bit miffed that I was going by and not stopping so changed plans. Pain in the butt really as can't load my hold luggage here and pick it up in BA which saves all the messing about between domestic and international terminals, and then I have to go in and out of the city both times at peak hour. The wine with dinner better be good Safe journeys to all.

trip going well and surprise surprise enjoying a tour. Great group which is a bonus. At the falls today and walked off my breakfast and possibly lunch but nothing can walk off argentinian steaks. They are massive.

was there a lot of water, kiwilady? asking because someone who went to victoria falls (yes I know, different continent altogether) in the last few weeks said there was almost no water, presumably through lack of rain?

RE Zambezi:
Not a lot of water left by early Summer until the rains get properly underway, also Only mentioned an ongoing drought.
