That speaking your mind out requires extreme courage that I have and feels great to be able to do it, even when I pay a health toll on it. Just spoke my mind out with mydad's doc and told him what I have been holding for a year. He remained speechless head down in shame. I needed a shot to breath out of anxiety but was worth it! He couldn't get away with his smile this time. I HAD tocall him irresponsible and inefficient. And he apologised!!!!!!!

LOL.. another face maybe.. pretty obv not. Old fat and single I did what I had to do and now feel like 333 elephants walked al over me, yet I did a thousand gazillion things this AM amd al the (absent) maid's work too. I WILL play lotto today and win and buy a plane and will start visiting you all .. well.. most of you Voy, the doc, looked SCARED! I certainly should have been a lawyer cos did not give him a microsecond to reply before I presented another charge against him.. being right is wonderful and have an idiot to tell stuff when too full of problems, is priceless. Setting people on their place... amazing do check pm VOY

Itsa it must be watershed day.... I too have had a roller coaster of one. I went to a meeting for work around working on the team dynamic, this woman pulled me apart, told me I'm better than that and WTF am I doing with this shit? I then went to a board meeting, which was totally draining and it made me feel like I had earlier stepped into another dimension.

I re-learned over the last few weeks that grapeseed extract is amazing stuff. Or amazing for my personal health anyway, it's totally clearing up my spots and skin redness (80% gone in <3 weeks). In the past for me it's cleared weird insect bite injuries, tooth infections (wisdom teeth were a constant issue), remnants of swine flu pneumonia, tummy upset, other flu... I really don't know why I forgot about it, I always used to take it travelling. Maybe just because I've been healthy for a few years but I'm annoyed that I let a doctor give me antibiotics last year for this same spot issue (also worked, but I didn't want to be on antibiotics too long), should have tried the grapeseed extract first.

something I learnt years ago, but Katje needs to learn now - how to cut a cat's nails.. and the earlier you start, like NOW , they will learn it's no big deal and not fight it. Just use a really sharp pair of nail clippers (if you can't find animal ones - which basically have a little round hole that the blade slices thru ), after a few times the cat will just lie there on it's back in your lap while you do all four paws..

I learned that it is definitely easier to help others than ourselves. and I may have found a way to transfer pictures from my phone to my computer even though these devices don't talk to each other.
