About to have a cool shower. BTW, Rosie - Footy tipping! You haven't joined the new comp yet. I don't remember indicating participation was optional.

Hello everyone! end of the day here, thank FSM! My car has passed the annual revision, YAY! Pero, I think that is how "birds" the movie by Hitchcock started.. I'd seal all doors/windows/chimney etc. They might get in from every place!

Question for bird people, Doves are not native to OZ, so when they release them at funerals etc, do they home to somewhere or do they become meals on wings for raptors etc?

I feel like I've worn nothing but a sarong for a week now. Well, except when I left the house of course - that would be awkward.

Aw, dragoncita. 4.5? It's been quite a while!
Rosie, I suspect the doves just hang out somewhere until they die of old age or a predator gets them. I'm not positive though.
Lefty, praying for winter?

Doves are probably pretty adaptable - like pigeons, really. Their needs aren't super specific. So I bet peromy is right, and they find a place to hang out till the end of their natural life (though of course there could be predators who get them, too).
Tomorrow morning I have to pick up my boss and give him a lift to the airport so we can go to work. If I don't pick him up he'll be considered a "no show" and have to be disciplined. I think that would be pretty funny. Funny enough to be worth doing? Is getting your boss into trouble a CLM?

That's nice you're picking him up. It's good that you are, and not getting him in trouble.
What is a CLM?

might be a good business, catch crows, paint them white, release at funerals, paint wears off they go back to the bush........ don't pick him up scrubb (only if you have a new job to go to)

On another subject, the radio just played a song by a group called Cirith Ungol. It was as horrendous as I would expect, given that name.
