You don't get the Question, do you, Nin (Compoop)...
Who do you WANT to win...and then your 2nd Team should your 1st Team go out...
It really is not that difficult...

England of course team 1, Bafana won't make it - even though I've had people tell me to switch my team to Bafana , I laugh in their face. Me-hi-co are my second choice I guess.

Ha, now I get it! My brain must have stopped working for a moment. Of course I want Germany to win, if they don't Holland would also be cool.

Grec, I'm half Dutch and half lived in the Netherlands for a long time. However it becomes a bit of an inner fight who to support when they end up playing each other!

Chile and the US. Although, I really think Brazil will win it again. I think Uruguay could surprise everyone. They were the last to qualify for South America, but for some reason I wouldn't count them out to win the whole thing.

So are you hald Dutch and half German, Nin'?...
It is the Daily Star, after all! Can you get me some of those recent tickets that the Saffers have released, please? Oooh! and a return flight under 40,000 R!
I don't think that Brasil are up to much these days and the #1 ranked team, Spain, will take some beating.

No I can't g, I've heard horror stories of people queuing up and trying to get tickets hours and hours of waiting and nothing. Paid through the nose for our tickets but thank god we've been allocated.

Can I enquire how much you paid for the tickets, Misslacker?...
(Thanks Gobs - I know that the Final is in J'Bourg'....)

I think it was R840 per ticket. Scandalous but in all of the lottery rounds we didn't get the SA price ones. And when they did the buy at the FNB bank effort the other week they ran out of R140 tickets in no time for Cape Town matches. I wished they had identified to the public just how many R140 tickets were being made available per match - would have been nice to know what the odds were.

I just read that Bielsa is probably leaving the Chilean team after the World Cup. I guess we're back to playing like crap after 2010. Supposedly he is considering taking over the Argentinean team again. now that would make a pretty unstoppable combination with the talent he has. Maradona can't do anything with them, but with a great coach it would be another story.

South Merkin teams always have flair, passion, skill and technique...the Managers are normally shite..
Who was that bloke with the 3 foot long face when the Argies were good in the late 80's?...
Nice one, Slacker, but my 'contact' in CT has loads of tickets at SA prices...140R each?...
..and he's English and supports Exeter City!

I GOT TICKETS.............................YOooooHHOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!! *moves screen across page*
Tried yesterday but encountered problems and then today the cheaper ones were sold out. So this morning i managed to get, with a bit of trouble (damn fifa), a round 16 ticket and 2 frogs vs Uruguay. These two seats are not next to each other though but the same block.
Tried for the Netherlands games as well but no luck. So seeing as foreigners are selling or returning tickets i'll be buying more i hope.

Top work there, James! I assume that the game is at the Green Point Stadium - or whatever they have re named it?
Is that France V Argies you have tickets for? That will be a great game as the French are ageing and the Argies are always value as they have flair but dive a lot...
Good luck with the returns - England fans won't return many as we are the best International supported team...in the World..
Cape Town will be Rocking!

Yep, it's France vs Uruguay. Argentina i don't is playing in Cape Town.
Quarterfinal was a bit too expensive because my brother was bugging me for a ticket as well.
Tried for the England game but no luck yet. My colleague got about 6 tickets for that game.

Pardon???
You brother has got 6 tickets to the England game at Green Point??
I say he sells 5 of them to the Engerland fans who turn up with no tickets...and then retires to the nearest bar to contemplate his retirement!
The tickets for the England matches will be sold for a massive Premium...

No idea gobs I can't see foreigners walking the streets with their passports in their hands either.
I'm looking forward to the game we are going to see, being taken out for dinner lots by ever grateful brother and friends (well I hope) and then arriving in Grahamstown at the end of June to immerse myself in luvvie land for a few days.

Slaker! What tickets have you got again?
The Logistics of allowing 50,000 people into a stadium will not mean that you have to show a ticket AND ID?
I know that the Saffers - Blacks - will turn up 3 hours (Days?) before the game starts so they will filter through...
I'm taking Friday week off and wearing my Bafana Bafana shirt the chear you lot through against Me-He-Co!...(I so know that the players can hear me from England and shouting at the TV!...)

BAFANA BAFANA!
