Hi all! We are thinking of using Etihad airlines from Australia to Europe business class. Anyone done it and how was it? Maybe doing France again, Germany and Greece around March next year.

We travelled Etihad Paris-Bangkok. It was in Economy and it was OK. Business Class is obviously several steps up.

I took Etihad down to Aus (from nigeria) in 2009 and they were great- as good as emirates.

They have a good reputation, I think.
It would be interesting to see what Hedon has to say about them?
And yippie! Mockchoc in Europe!

I've flown Etihad many times in both economy and business class (been a couple of years since I last flew with them though). They're usually quite good and if I remember correctly, they have the best massage chairs in economy!

I haven't flown with them but have several family members who swear by them and won't fly with anyone else.

Why do certain Potters ask for advice then never bother to return?

I have flown Etihad in Pearl Business a few times, from KL to London via Abu Dhabi. It is an excellent service, comfort wise as good as any, I would not say quite up with Qatar in terms of in-flight service but still very good. Would have no hesitation to use them again.
